    Events we sourced and proposed for you, with your permits and insurance checked against the job.

    You sign, and you cook.

    We handle the host, the paperwork and the money. A signature is the only thing we need from you.

Our promise

It is nine at night. The truck is cleaned down, tomorrow's prep is half finished, and there is a deposit invoice you meant to send on Tuesday. The health permit expired in March and you have not had a free morning to deal with it. A venue that seemed certain two weeks ago has stopped replying. And there is a quote to write, for an event three weeks out, at the end of a twelve hour day.

None of that is cooking. None of it was the reason you bought a truck.

Pantry takes that work. We find the events and bring them to you. We build the proposal and send it. We watch your permit and insurance dates against the jobs that need them. We answer the host, in writing, so you never have to. We hold the money and move it to you on a schedule you can see. You sign, and that is the whole of what we need from you.
